The Washtub

The owner is awesome. The mat stays clean and they take care of their customers. I started 3 loads at 8:10pm was just going to wash here and if I didn't have time to dry just dry all of them at the apartment complex (which we try to avoid due to everyone owning cats or dogs in our building) when he asked me if I was just washing or both I told him probably just wash I didn't want to hold him up since he closed at 9pm. "He replies not a problem your fine take all the time you need don't worry about the time on the door, I appriciate the business you go ahead and dry when your done I'll be in the back office should you need anything". I've never met someone not in a hurry to get home from worm and it's understandable who wouldn't want to be done for the day. Yet he is staying open for a couple bucks in quarters. He's a really good guy I love this place amazing service!

Took me awhile to write my review because i honestly don’t do it very often. but i feel washtub needs a spotlight! A GOOOOD SPOTLIGHT! and the appreciation from a customer that comes here almost once a week to work on laundry. I give Washtub 5 stars because honestly the place kinda makes you feel a little at home. We all know that going to a laundry mat isn’t fun, sometimes it can be annoying having to rush to fight over a dryer or washer, but honestly this is the place that you wouldn’t have to worry about that. The owner does so much and works so hard for his customers from open to close! I never seen someone take so much pride for their job and making sure every single customer that comes in the door gets a hello and a goodbye even if they are coming in for a split sec or leaving for 20-50 mins. Very clean. Reasonable pricing. Staff while I was here was very friendly.
